Upon arrival, you will greeted by a London Experience Advisor, who will give you your personal itinerary for your stay. They will also make arrangements for you to receive your travel card (included in the price) and will let you know about the area you are staying in.

Remember that your package includes a travel card which gives you the freedom to travel in and around London. Travel around London is notoriously expensive, in fact it’s the most expensive city in the world to travel around, we have covered this cost for you, so there are no boundaries to you exploring the city.

Your advisor will be visiting you regularly to ensure that you are happy and comfortable, and to give you advice should you need it, they will also be available for you to contact directly.

The London Experience gives you 2 free attractions if you come to visit for 1 month, 4 attractions for the 2 month visit and 6 attractions for the 3 month visit. These attractions could be Madam Tussauds, the London Aquarium, Buckingham Palace, trips to a West end show, The London Eye and more (Please see details of attractions) We leave the rest of your time up to you. There are so many places to see in London the list is endless. If you are on a tight budget we can advise you on discounted or even free activities you can take advantage of. If you have a little to spend, the London experience can offer a range of different activities and trips. We leave the decision to you.

You also have the opportunity to purchase a mobile phone when you arrive, we are aware that visitors bringing their own phone pay huge tariffs, what better way to keep in touch with your friends and family. If you would like to take advantage of this, simply add purchase mobile onto your booking form. If you return the mobile at the end of your visit in the same condition you received it, you will be entitled to a full refund. All mobile phones come with complimentary £10 credit. You will then have the option to top up when you need to.
